We provided full-process project management consulting for the client, covering the complete path from early-stage preparation through to final acceptance: tender documentation, contract planning, cost planning, construction-phase control, and overall project handover.

It also involves brand presentation, workplace efficiency, construction interfaces, procurement rhythm and acceptance standards. Our work was to translate these requirements into the tender and contract structure early, then control them through construction so that design intent, cost boundaries and final delivery remained aligned.
